For example, we recently purchased a pair of shoes from a "highly-touted" brand from a leading store, However, after wearing them 2 times, the black paint started to peel, exposing the grey molding underneath. What a disappointment! When we tried to exchange them, the customer service representative showed no concern, refused to exchange them, and told us we were stuck with the shoes.
That same week, we purchased produce from a local grocery department in a Walmart Superstore. When we arrived home and started putting away the produce, we noticed that the carrots had sprouted and were dry and cracked and the blueberries were molded.
